These programs are designed to promote independence, community involvement, and meaningful connections. From providing safe and inclusive housing options to fostering employment opportunities and social engagement, our initiatives empower individuals to thrive. Our key programs include:
Community Housing
We support individuals to maintain their safety, health, happiness and accomplish daily living tasks and activities to their fullest potential.
Shared Living
Venture Share Living offers alternatives to staffed residential homes by providing individuals with an opportunity to live within their community with related or non-related families.
Community Inclusion
A day program where participants enjoy community, social and recreational activities, including crafts, swimming and cooking.
Community Employment
The Community Employment program trains, coaches and supports participants in their jobs within the local business community. Strengthening our community partnerships is paramount to ensure that the participant is a good fit with an opportunity for mutual long-term success.
Wood Working
Included in our Social Enterprise, skills enhancement training through the production of lath, survey stakes and dunnage.
