Our programs are funded through Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), which is the provincial agency that funds supports and services for adults with developmental disabilities and their families. A percentage of this funding is mandated to the administration of our organization but this is not always enough to meet our needs. We must raise funds in the community to make up the difference. Currently our most pressing need is to purchase a wheelchair accessible vehicle to transport our participants to programs and medical appointments
Our secure, non-profit donation system allows you to make a donation using your credit card. You will automatically receive a charitable donation receipt by e-mail for income tax purposes. Please click on the Donate button below to make a financial donation. We thank you for your support!
Donation of Bicycles
Our Cycle Cycle program receives bicycles from the RCMP as well as community members who find abandoned bikes on their property or who wish to donate unused bicycles to the program.
If you would like to donate a bicycle to the Cycle Cycle program you may bring it to the facility located next to our e-waste recycling building at the address below.
For additional information on our Cycle Cycle program, please visit our recycling website. We thank you for your support!
Donation of Silent Auction Items
Our major fundraising event entering it's fifteenth year is the Celebration of Trees, which typically takes place on the last Thursday of November. It is always a good time for community supporters, participants and their families to come together to celebrate the season. We enjoy a delicious buffet dinner while unique art pieces and themed Christmas trees are auctioned. We also have a very lively silent auction as guests Christmas shop and jostle to get their bids down on the items they desire. We accept donated items from businesses and individuals year-round for the silent auction. Please contact us if you are interested in donating an item. We thank you for your support!
